When you place an order with CraveLoot, our team gets to work right away, ensuring your jewelry is sourced, inspected for quality, and shipped directly to your door. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

For custom orders, such as personalized text or engraved jewelry, please allow an extra 24-48 hours for production. Each personalized piece is made-to-order to ensure quality and individuality.

If you’ve chosen a made-to-order item, please note it takes 15-20 business days to craft, inspect, and ship your unique piece. During this time, our support team will keep you updated on its progress.

In rare cases, such as high-demand periods or unexpected delays (e.g., extreme weather), shipping may take longer than expected—up to 15 business days. Thank you for your patience in these situations.

Tracking Information

All CraveLoot orders include secure, insured shipping with live tracking. Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking ID to your email, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

If you don’t receive your tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at support@craveloot.shop, and we’ll provide your details right away. Keep in mind that tracking updates can take 24-72 hours to reflect on the carrier’s site.

In Case of Error

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@craveloot.shop with the correct information. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue within 12 hours.
